Scalio is primarily an AI video ads company. We are confident most video content on the internet will be AI-generated soon - we are building for the future but not waiting for it to arrive.

Today, we use AI as a replacement for actors, models and a camera crew, and combine it with strong video editing & post-production to generate attention-grabbing content that performs on social media.

We include the word ‘AI’ in this role’s title for a reason: AI will be the primary method of generating raw assets for almost every video we make. This strategy helped us scale successfully in the latter half of 2025 - and it has only been getting better. Being comfortable with this workflow is a non-negotiable.

As an AI video editor, your role is taking raw video assets and stitch them into high-quality engaging videos.

Your job will include:

• creating well-edited video content (reels, paid ads, occassional long-form)
• executing different formats that win on social media: hooks, fast pacing, structures
• turn concepts into multiple variations
• be involved in creative meetings to understand what worked and what didn’t
• be comfortable with latest AI video generation platforms (Sora 2, Kling, Veo) and trends
